Event Access - Here is what you need to participate:

Cookies must be enabled in your browser for Kaltura Meetings to work properly. Any browser extensions or settings that block or disable cookies may prevent you from joining a session. Make sure third-party cookies are also enabled, especially for accessing rooms in inline frames.

Ad blockers can deny Kaltura users certain functionality related to engagement features. This can deny users the opportunity to register, ask questions, react, answer polls, and qualify for a continuing education certificate accreditation. We recommend disabling any ad blockers or popup blockers for Kaltura within their browser settings.

Yes, from the "Already Registered?"/ Login page, enter the email that was used to register and hit the "Send" button.

  • From the Login page, click the Vanguard banner in the top left or click the Register now button.
  • From within the event, click the user menu located at the top right of the console and select “Logout”.
  • Refer to the event URL received in the original invite.

  • This event has concluded. A recording of the event has not yet been made available to re-watch the event. Check back later.
  • Review the available sessions from the agenda page to confirm the proper session has been selected.

Click on the title of a listed session to view session details and resources. You will be prompted to join the session 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled start time.

  • Please make sure you have an up-to-date modern browser, that your speakers are connected, and the volume is turned on by clicking over to an alternate website (like YouTube).
  • For external speakers, verify that your speakers are plugged into the power outlet, turned on and up, and connected to the audio port of the computer. If you still cannot hear any audio, check your system volume settings and the volume on the media player. If your system is properly set up, then try adjusting the system volume settings.

Verify that you have the event open in only one browser window at a time.

  • Refresh the page.
  • Network congestion can occur at any time due to the following problems:
    • If you are connecting to the Internet through a slow connection, or over a congested Wi-Fi or cellular (mobile) network.
    • You are trying to access an event during peak Internet traffic hours.
    • If you are connecting to the Internet from a mobile device.
    • There is heavy traffic on your company network.
      • This can be alleviated by:
        • Closing applications running while accessing the event.
        • Running a speed test to verify internet speed.
        • Rebooting your device and home internet router.

Every event session is recorded and reviewed. Events will be posted for future viewing once they have been approved by Vanguard.
